Every year, Millwood invites guest speakers to visit their various facilities to pour into their staff. Throughout the fall of 2024, Nobles will visit a number of their plant sites to encourage the staff as it pertains to their faith and their God-given purpose!

His message will be “One Team: Intentionally Creating Unity in A Divided World!” This message will feature insightful and powerful stories that will highlight specific strategies on creating oneness within a team wether it’s on the flied or in the workplace!

Nobles will facilitate a training series for 4 months for educators, administrators and youth workers starting in January 2024 through April 2024 where he will highlight 4 principles proven to be effective in youth work and will empower these professionals to utilize them with the youth they serve.
